FOUNDERS ALPHA PRIVACY NOTICE

Privacy

Last updated September 10, 2026. This Founders Alpha notice should be reviewed before production cloud accounts launch.

Local-first Founders Alpha

The current Founders Alpha stores character records, projects, settings, and version snapshots in your browser using local browser storage technologies such as IndexedDB and localStorage. Loriginary does not upload those local records to an AISYS Studios server in this Founders Alpha unless a future cloud feature is separately enabled and clearly disclosed.

Exports

When you export a character, character bible, prompt, or library backup, the file is created on your device. You are responsible for protecting exported files.

External services

Loriginary can generate prompts intended for third-party AI or creative services. Copying a prompt to another service subjects that activity to the third party's own privacy terms. Loriginary does not automatically send your prompt to those services in this Founders Alpha.

Cloud accounts and Pro

Cloud accounts, public publishing, private cloud storage, subscriptions, and cross-device synchronization are not active in this Founders Alpha. Before those features launch, this notice must be updated to explain what account, billing, publishing, moderation, analytics, and storage data are collected and how they are used.

Browser data

Browser-owned storage can be cleared by private/incognito-session closure, browser cleanup, or explicit site-data removal. Loriginary therefore supports a user-approved Permanent Save Folder and downloadable .loriginary backups so important work can exist outside browser storage. Legacy .archeform backups remain readable.
