Alpha software

Loriginary is provided as Founders Alpha software and may contain defects or incomplete features. For important work, connect the Permanent Save Folder so character autosaves and version history also exist as files outside browser-owned storage.

Your creations

As between you and AISYS Studios, you retain rights you lawfully hold in original content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that content you enter, export, publish, or generate does not violate another party's rights.

Fan and third-party material

References to third-party games, genres, characters, publishers, trademarks, or creative services are for compatibility, categorization, or inspiration-management purposes unless otherwise stated. Do not use Loriginary to falsely claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

AI and generated output

Loriginary's prompt and originality tools are creative aids. They do not guarantee legal originality, copyrightability, trademark clearance, factual accuracy, or compliance with another service's rules.

No warranty

The Founders Alpha is provided as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AISYS Studios should obtain legal review and replace this draft before commercial billing launches.
